Dear cancun-all-inclusive staff,
I've never written a testimonial letter
before, but I feel like I must this time. On July 9, 2000, my husband
Terry and I spent a week at the Moon Palace Sunrise resort in Cancun.
Just some background for you - I used to work on cruise ships, and I've
visited some of the world's most beautiful destinations, but I've never
experienced anything like the Moon Palace! The room was spectacular
- especially the Jacuzzi which I understand is standard in all rooms -
and the hammock on the balcony and in-room bar were nice touches.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the pool was incredible,
the disco was lively and the grounds were beautiful! We loved the
fact that two tours were included in our all-inclusive package! For
once, the vacation matched - even exceeded - the description in the brochure.
We can't thank you enough. Even your reservation staff were extremely
helpful. Keep up the good work! We're spreading the word!

Dear cancun-all-inclusive.com,
I wanted to thank you for arranging our
stay at the Moon Palace Sunrise for our honeymoon. I knew it was
to be an extraordinary experience when we were greeted by the attendant
at the front desk with a handshake and the words "welcome home".
Our experience was far beyond our expectations. The accommodations
were impeccable. Our room was striking, with polished marble floors,
a balcony with a view of the beach, an awesome Jacuzzi, and a huge glass
marble walk-in shower. Were it not for the other amenities in the
hotel, we could have easily just stayed in the room for eight days.
Every evening when we returned to our room, we found it perfectly clean,
our towel folded into swans perched on the bottom step of the hot tub,
and the refrigerator re-stocked with our favorite beverages. Wow!
The food was wonderful as well. No matter what time of the day or
night, we were always seated promptly at either of the two large restaurants,
and we greatly enjoyed the immense variety of foods at the buffet.
We selected five tours during our stay.
One of the trips was on the "included" list and the others were extra.
I would highly suggest to anyone interested in the tours that they study
the list of available trips, and book them the day that they arrive at
the hotel. We also booked our massage/manicure/pedicure time the
first day. Booking the tours was the only time-consuming part of
our stay, and availability diminishes rapidly. Stacey was able to
fulfill two of her life-long dreams; swimming with dolphins, and riding
a horse on the beach (she even took the horse for a swim in the ocean).
I enjoyed the Jungle Tour, which consisted of driving a "sea-do" type craft
through the jungle into the National Park's coral reef for an hour of snorkeling.
I was amazed with the beauty and color of the reef and the many varieties
of fish. I took a whole roll of pictures under water with my disposable
camera. I would also recommend to all future tourists to purchase
four or five under-water disposable cameras at home and pack them in your
suitcase. They worked just as well as a standard disposable, both
in and out of the water, and they run about twenty bucks if you wait to
buy them in Cancun.
We had such a wonderful time that we were
reluctant to go back home on the eighth day. We're looking forward
to planning a trip next summer for our first Anniversary. Once again,
thanks so much for making our honeymoon a most wonderful, memorable experience!

Hi
cancun-all-inclusive.com,
We returned
from our week vacation to Paradise a couple weeks ago.
The Moon Palace was truly the most wonderful place in
the world. My husband and I did not want to
leave. We had a great time, and enjoyed the
service and food. We only left on day to go
downtown Cancun, but could not wait to return home to
the Moon Palace. We even skipped the tours
because we just did not want to leave. We
enjoyed our time just relaxing by the pool. We
definitely plan to return, and will call you to
purchase another week when we do. Thank you for
your help.

We just spent 7 nights at the Cancun Palace.
Wow, what an experience! The food was outstanding. I ate so
much. There was a great variety of fruit to eat and every night there
was something special on the grill. One night we had fresh fish and
shrimp on the barbecue. The drinks were also good, nothing watered
down. Just imagine yourself sitting on a white sand beach drinking
pina coladas watching blue waves hit the sand. It was a Paradise
Palace. There were a lot of places to shop too, and the clubs were
wild and far from tame. There were buses to take you where you wanted
to go. I never did make it to the pool, because the Caribbean temperature
was 72 degrees.
The rooms were first class with a great
view from all around. The Cancun Palace has white/coral marble tiles
throughout the entire resort. I was always looking down at it.
We met people from all the United States, and from all over the world.
It was a lot of fun. Over all it was a vacation to remember, and
we will be saving for next year. Thanks Cancun Palace, for the memories,
and thank you cancun-all-inclusive.com for helping us with our vacation
arrangements.
