We just returned from the most fantastic vacation imaginable at Moon Palace Resort.  The entire experience exceed our wildest expectations.  We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived at the airport until we left Cancun. 

The resort is spectacular from the marble lobbies, to the magnificent accommodations and the breathtaking views from them, to the very distinctive restaurants, the unbelievable pools and beach, and all the related activities.  The staff from the top to the bottom was highly professional and friendly.  All went out of their way to please the visitors.  The endless choices of cuisine were delicious, different from place to place and beautifully presented.  The entertainment in the lobby and restaurants was very enjoyable. 

Chaza Travel was professional and amenable.  There is not one negative in any aspect of the resort and its operations.  We were greatly impressed from day one until the last minute we left.  The other guests we met were very friendly and interesting.  We met some with whom we intend to keep in touch, hoping to vacation at the same time next year.  You will hear from all of us for the next trip.  Two of us had used cancun-all-inclusive and had exactly the same experiences with you.  We cannot thank you enough for the professional care and genuine interest you took in us.  We praised you so much your ears must have been ringing.  We are sure that others will contact your company for their next stay at Palace Resorts.  We have decided that you are a very special asset for the business.  Thank you again for making our memories so special.

The problem we now have is all the brochures and email from other companies, travel groups and cruise lines pale in comparison to the service, amenities and beauty of the Moon Palace Resort and all its representatives.  We will be using cancun-all-inclusive for our next vacation.

We just came back from the Moon Palace, and the place is absolutely positively outrageously beyond expectations...what a place - the people were just fantastic - the activity staff (Rico, Miguel, Mauricio, et al) were great, and really worked their tails off to ensure fun for everyone...Puerto Aventuras was loads of fun, as well as the tour to Tulum/Akumal and Xpu-Ha...we will go back...Thanks to you for making sure everything was covered.  Thanks again to you...we will be booking soon for next year.

Karen and I just returned home from our vacation at the Moon Palace.  We had a wonderful time!!!  It is truly a fantastic resort.  Everyone did their best to make our stay fun.  We also visited the other Palace Resorts, but we were extremely happy to be at the Moon Palace.

Thank you for your help.  We will definitely contact you again in the future to make a return trip.  (Wish we were heading back this week!)

Just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful trip to the Moon Palace Sunrise!  Our room was beautiful and right down by the pool area and also close to the lobby area.  We were treated like royalty!  The food and service we received was fantastic.  This was our second trip to the Moon Palace, and we will return for a third!  Thank You for helping us have a wonderful vacation!
