- Maximum 6 passengers (combination of adults and
or children) allowed.
- Children age 6 - 12 are $38.00 per
child/per night. Teens age 13 - 17 are $86.00 per teen/per night. If you had 4 adults, 1 teen, and 1
child in a villa, then the rate would be the per person, per night based
on quadruple occupancy ($???.00 * 4), plus one child ($38.00), plus one
teen (86.00) gives you a total of $???.00 per night for all 6 people in
one villa.
- Cancellation policy is: You may cancel up to 7 days prior to your vacation
date for a full refund
less a $100.00 administration fee. If you cancel within the number of
days, you will be charged a 2 night cancellation feel, plus a $100.00
administration fee.
- Early departures will be charged remaining unused
nights in full.
