Our company, Cancun All Inclusive.com, Inc. or All Inclusive World Inc. did not send any unsolicited advertisement to you.

We have received numerous phone calls and legal documents regarding the problem stemming from unsolicited fax, emails and/or phone calls from a company offering "Employee Travel Assistance Program" and their toll free number is 866-609-5181.  If you call this number referring to the fax or email that you received they will tell you that their website is www.cancunallinclusive.com, which it is not.  We have no affiliation with this company nor do we know who they are.  We have called asking them to stop using our website address to defraud people, and they were far from professional on the phone.  We also called and asked them for their address which they refused to give out.  They are defrauding people by selling something that does not exist, and it is also illegal to send unsolicited faxes so if you can find out who they are and where they are located you can sue them just for sending you the fax in the first place. We recommend that you not purchase anything from this company.  They state they are affiliated with our company as well as with the Para-Olympics, which they are not.  If you purchased a "vacation" from this company we highly recommend that you call your local police and file a report as you have been a victim of fraud.  We also recommend that you immediately call your credit card company or bank and dispute the charge as this is a SCAM!
