I am writing this to let you, and all of those that need a "big pat
on the back", know that myself, my son, and my family, had the best
vacation ever!!!!!!!! You did such of wonderful job of planning,
organizing, and executing, a truly wonderful vacation at the
Occidental Allegro Cozumel for all 14 of us. This is one vacation
that we will never forget and it turned out to be a great chance for
all of us to be together at once and to see if we all could
"co-mingle" for that many days together. (There was never any doubt,
however!!!)
The resort, the food, the beach, the ocean, the sports, (including
the water sports), the entertainment, was more than we expected.
While we're on that subject. Please send our heartfelt thank you to
the staff of the resort and the entertainment staff. They were soooo
nice and the entertainment staff was so friendly and had worked so
hard each day and night to provide the clients with the best
vacation possible.
My son took to many of the staff especially Raul Hernandez. My son
wouldn't leave him alone and wanted to be on stage with him every
night.
My family participated in all aspects of the entertainment and daily
games, which made for a great interaction with the hotel and
entertainment staff. The people that cleaned our rooms were so
friendly and had the cutest decorations in our rooms each day.
The only thing that I fault the hotel with, was there wasn't any
place to exchange money for $1 bills. My family wanted to tip, so
much more, however, there was no place to get change, without buying
something in the sundries store. Maybe if you company can suggest
to, people who book thru you, to bring lots of $1 bills, that would
help. I have also heard of this complaint from other people at the
resort.
That is the only thing that we would do different.
We will be back, and, next year, I'm taking my husband. He said he
was jealous when he saw our pictures.
Thanks again for a truly wonderful vacation. Like I said "we'll be
back" next year.
You are such a great organizer. Please let your boss/es and/or the
resort know what a great vacation that was had by all. |

I will say it again, it has been a great pleasure
dealing with you and your staff. Even though we never met you all, I feel
like we have made new friends with you.
We got our pictures of our Iberostar Paraiso trip, and we
had a mini trip reunion at the Son's house last Friday. Everyone is still talking about what a
great time we all had. In fact, most of us want to do another trip in 2 years.
I have another group that wants me to organize another trip. So, you know I'll be calling on you.
Word of mouth has spread here in town and we may be able to get more families to participate!
Looking forward to keeping in touch with you, and thanks again for all of your help with our group.

family enjoyed our vacation in Cozumel at the Allegro Cozumel Resort.
Fourteen of us wound up there.
Every day was a wonderful experience. The resort staff were so nice

helpful everywhere. The food was outstanding. The activities kept all

us breathing hard. The show every night was so much fun. We all met

the nicest people from all over the US, France, Germany, and various
