Everyone had a WONDERFUL time. The Iberostar Paraiso beach

I hope that all is going well with you. I just wanted
to let you know that we had a great time at the Aventura/Spa
Palace on our honeymoon. The weather was great and the staff at
the resort was wonderful.
All in all, we had a wonderful trip and appreciate all the
hard work you did in setting everything up for us. I hope
that we have the opportunity to work with you in the future.

We wanted to try a Cancun area
vacation, and after being discouraged with the service of local travel agencies,
I happened upon a web site, cancunallinclusive.com, where the staff was so
friendly and helpful, that we decided to book our trip through them. When
we learned that this Company only recommends a place to stay after all
members of the staff have stayed there, we had a lot of confidence that we would
enjoy the Bahia Principe Tulum/Akumal Resort in the Mayan Riviera.
Also, we can't say enough good
things about Royal Tours. After arriving at the Cancun airport, it was good to
see our driver there waiting for us & holding up a sign with our name. He was
very friendly, answering all our questions and offering lots of information
about the area. The ride to the resort took about an hour and 15 minutes.
Bahia Principe is a beautiful resort, with very well kept grounds, and the
rooms are maintained to perfection. The lobby is huge, with a tropical
open air feeling, and plenty of places to sit & enjoy yourself. We stayed on
the Tulum side, which we liked best, although both sides are great. There
is plenty of room, both inside and out, to either be with people, or select a
quiet place to be by yourself. The band played every night in the huge open-air
bar area, and there was a show each night also. During the day, we relaxed
by one of the pools, or sipped a drink at the swim up bar. The best beach area
is about halfway between the Tulum and Akumal sides of the resort, where you can
either walk, or take a free golf cart ride. The beach here is calmer for
swimming. The water is so clear, you can see fish swimming around you.
Although there is snorkeling equipment available at no charge, it isn't
available when the ocean is rough. Also bring water shoes since there are
small bits or coral here and there in the water. Flowers, palm trees, beautiful
grounds and breezes are everywhere, as well as an occasional iguana, which are
fun to see. After our first day, a representative from Royal Tours came to
see us to make sure everything met our expectations and that we were having a
good time. She offered bus trips if we wanted one. We chose to see the
ruins at Tulum, and also to go on to Xel Ha. The bus arrived right on the
minute, and our driver was again very courteous and had cold water for us on a
very warm day. Our guide really gave us good information on the Tulum ruins and
on the history of the Mayan people. Then at Xel Ha, he explained the area & left
us to explore where we wanted. We had a wonderful meal (try the lime soup), and
then went snorkeling where we saw large parrot fish, and several sting rays. It
was awesome. The week went by too fast at this great resort, and then,
arriving at precisely the right time, a driver from Royal Tours took us back to
the Cancun airport, and said he hoped we would return again soon. We recommend
the Bahia Principe Tulum/Akumal, and we definitely recommend Cancun All
Inclusive.

Hello! First let me start off saying that my husband and I
spent our recent honeymoon at Aventura/Spa Palace in Mexico, the last
week of April. It was fabulous. We were pleasantly surprised by
the VIP status and treatment at the resort. While researching a
honeymoon destination, my husband found your site on-line, and we are
very pleased with the end result.
Thank you very much!

We were very pleased with Cancun All-Inclusive’s service and expertise. They had
first-hand knowledge of the resorts, which most other travel agents we spoke
with didn’t, and they didn’t mind spending time on the phone to answer our
questions and discuss travel options. They also had better pricing than any
other vendors we researched. Our trip was fantastic and everything went
smoothly. We would use them again.

Hi, Just wanted to add my accolades to your Agent at Cancun All-Inclusive travel
agency and the Xpu-Ha Palace Resort. Three generations of my family spent a week
at the Xpu-Ha (ages Grandma (?) to youngest grandchild (3) and we all had our
best vacation together yet. The resort was friendly, helpful, Disney-clean,
unspoiled beach and snorkeling areas; excellent air-conditioned transportation
to other resorts, Tulum and airport; fun afternoon of corn-row braiding for
granddaughters 7, 8, and 11; excellent snorkeling; luxurious afternoon at the
Aventura Spa (only 5-min. taxi away) for adults; fresh-fruit smoothies;
adventurous alcohol-free drinks for kids at the pools. We visited all the Palace
Hotels and found them all to be equally service-oriented and luxurious but the
Xpu-Ha was perfect for us. We loved it!

Cancun all Inclusive,
I have been meaning to send this to you since you have been so
helpful in setting up the vacation for Carol and myself.
Your service has been excellent. At first I was reluctant to
set up such an important vacation via the web site. I wanted to be
able to meet someone personally and feel secure that everything was
being handled properly. My wife and I have been so busy raising
our 4 children that we have not been able to get away very much during
our many years of marriage, so this trip to celebrate 35 years of
happiness in marriage is not just another happening, but something we
have been talking about for the last 5 years. When I came across
your website, I just thought I would check into it, never feeling that I
would coordinate such an important trip through an organization on the
other side of the United States.
You have been very responsive, detail oriented, accurate and easily
reachable by phone or internet. Most of all, you have gone the extra
mile to answer my many questions and help me in deciding where to go and
how to package the vacation. I never once felt I was bothering you
and you were always very professional, pleasant and caring during our
discussions.
Carol and I feel great about the way the trip has been organized, and
though everything has been done over the internet, we have no anxiety at
all that everything is in order.
Thanks to you, we are hoping to have that special, once or twice in a
lifetime, experience.
I will give you feedback, when we get back from the Aventura/Spa
Palace, ,,,,,if we decide to even come back from the Mayan Riviera. I
will certainly recommend your organization to my friends and associates,
many who travel much more than I do.

My wife and I have recently
returned from the Barcelo Maya Beach Resort. We had a wonderful
vacation. The resort was well maintained, immaculate and the staff
worked very hard to ensure us of an enjoyable stay.
We booked our vacation through Cancun All Inclusive for many reasons,
but the deciding factor was the attention the staff afforded us. There
are many travel agencies, brokers etc. on the Internet but there are
few, if any, who will be able to match Cancun All Inclusive's expertise
and attention to detail. My wife and I both felt to have the
ability to talk with a professional, who not only knew her product but
also took the time and the patience to walk us through our trip planning
was most important.
From the time we arrived in Cancun and were greeted by Royal Tours,
Cancun All Inclusive's representative, we knew we had made the proper
decision. Royal Tours was courteous, professional and punctual; all very
important traits for tired and weary travelers'.
We will again call on the services of Cancun All-Inclusive and their
professional staff for all our future travel plans to Cancun and the
Riviera Maya. Hopefully, in the near future, Cancun All Inclusive
will extend their scope of operation to other Caribbean destinations.

Hi Cancun All Inclusive,
My husband and I had a fabulous time at the Iberostar Paraiso Beach.
We were very impressed with the quality of the Iberostar resort. We
made arrangements through an Agent at Cancunallinclusive.com.
Everything worked out perfectly. She, prepared us for the trip by
sending us all the needed documents and telling us exactly what to do
for arrival, ground transportation and departure. Royale Tours, the
transfer agent, was prompt and courteous, especially Jorge of the
Playa del Carmen office. A problem-free vacation!
Iberostar provides great quality for the price - we were impressed. We
visited the Del Mar, the Lindo, the Tucan/Quetzal (had lunch there).
We liked all of them. The Del Mar lobby felt the most comfortable
(light colors, rattan) than the others, as a result it seemed like
more guests were lounging in the Del Mar lobby. The landscaping at the
Tucan/Quetzal was wonderful, a real wild jungle like feel to it- made
us feel like part of the environment. The Tucan/Quetzal is closer to
Playa del Carmen, taking us half an hour to walk, we found the shuttle
bus from/to Paraiso Beach to Playa actually very convenient. We booked
one of our dinners at the Italian restaurant at the Iberostar Paraiso
Lindo (the only one non-Lindo guests are allowed in). It was a
wonderful dinner, a four-star restaurant. The Lindo is definitely
impressive. We liked the design of the rooms around a courtyard. The
night time shows were packed each night and we had a great time with
the guest participation - you can't plan what people are going to do.
We think Iberostar does a great job in all areas - accommodations,
food, service, consistency. It should be marketed more heavily in
Washington state. Thanks for helping us have a great vacation.

Hi Cancun All Inclusive,
I'm back. We had a great time on our trip. The Barceló Maya Beach /
Caribe resort was beautiful. All the arrangements you made were
great!! The transfer service was waiting for us with our name on a
paper!! Our ride to the resort was uneventful, and we were the only
ones in the shuttle going to and from the resort. My daughter and I
both needed a doctor the last day, so it was nice that he was on site.
Thanks for your great service. I'll definitely contact you when we go
back to Mexico. Is Mexico the only area your travel agency services?
Note: We offer other Caribbean destinations as well. Thanks
again

CAI - Hi!!
I have been meaning to get back to you since we returned from Dreams
Tulum. It was great. Overall, it gets graded an A. Thanks for your
help in arranging our vacation. Overall, this resort is family
oriented and we were in bed by 9:00 every night - which was fine as we
wanted this to be a relaxing vacation. If people are looking for a
fast paced vacation with glitzy nightlife, powered boats, jet skis,
etc, go to Cancun. We had a great time.
