What our clients had to say
Note: Although our clients write directly to our agents and thank them
personally for their exceptional level of service, we withhold the agent
names because each of our agents get many testimonials from clients so the
management recognizes this as a team effort and do not want future clients
reading these testimonials to only want to deal with one particular agent.

We just wanted to let you know, Jodi and I had a great
time in Mexico.
You were right about the Paradisus Riviera Cancun. The place was beautiful,
service was excellent, and would recommend to anyone. Thanks for your help
in setting this up for us. We are thinking of going back, or try the
Paradisus in Dominican Republic next year, we would probably like to go the
same time next May.
Thanks again!

My experience with cancunallinclusive.com was wonderful! I received a prompt
reply to my original inquiry and was provided with direct, personal contact
with a travel agent throughout the booking process. The agent was a huge
help and my vacation would not have been possible without her or
cancunallinclusive.com! She helped me select the perfect hotel based on my
needs and interests. The reservation process was simple and organized,
despite the fact that it included 12 travelers arriving from 5 different
locations. No detail was overlooked and the trip went off without a hitch!
We had an amazing time in Playa del Carmen at the Royal in Playa del Carmen
and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you
cancunallinclusive.com! I look forward to traveling with you again soon!!

Hi Cancunallinclusive.com,
I know it has been way too many months, but I've been meaning to write and
tell you what a wonderful wedding vacation we had!! We had absolutely
wonderful weather, the most beautiful wedding ever (in my unbiased opinion
:) and we LOVED the Gran Bahia Principe Tulum!!! It was an amazing bargain,
the food was good, staff was SO friendly (especially loved Jazmin!) -
everyone had the best time!!
The location on the site was perfect - We would all typically gather at the
24 hour snack bar at all hours and eat and drink, and eat and drink some
more! I loved it, loved it, loved it!!! I wish that I was still there as a
matter of fact!! Thank you so much for everything that you did to make it
such a wonderful vacation!! I don't think that I would have found the place
without you (there were so many places to choose from!) and the stay was so
smooth that I don't think it could have been any better!!
Thank you so much for helping making our destination wedding vacation so
wonderful!!

Hi cancun-all-inclusive.com
I was looking for a hotel and prices for Playa Del Carmen and Rivera Maya
on the internet when I found www.cancunallinclusive.com. I looked at pictures
and decided to ask for more information on the Barceló Maya Resort. The agent
emailed me back with prices for when I wanted to stay and airfare within an
hour of when I sent my request. I had contacted other hotels requesting
information too, but because of Agent's fast response and how beautiful the
Barceló looked, I chose to work with her to book my vacation.
The Agent was EXTREMELY helpful! I emailed her pretty much everyday for a
couple weeks with a new question. She would respond immediately with an
answer. She was able to email me the documents I needed so I could fill out
and fax back to her. I booked my flights, hotel, hotel transfer and insurance
all through her.
My friend and I arrived at the Barceló in style. We were greeted at the Cancun
airport with a personal sign with my name saying Welcome! We were then
expecting to be put on a bus with other people and travel to our hotel.
Instead we were put in a luxury SUV- just the two of us. (This doesn't
happen to everyone, it depends on how many people arrive on the flights)
The hotel was as beautiful as the pictures looked. It was VERY clean! That is
one thing I will always remember about this hotel- the staff takes excellent
care of their hotel. The staff was also the nicest group of people I've ever
encountered when traveling. Everyone said Hola as you passed by. There are a
lot of things to do at this hotel. If you are single, married, have kids,
elderly- this place is for you. We went May 20-May 27, 2006. It was past
spring break time so I am not sure what it's like in April or beginning of
May, but the time frame we went was great. There were a lot of people at the
hotel (there are 4 hotels all together) but there was never any problem
getting a chair by the pool or the beach. We stayed at the Barceló Maya Beach
with a fantastic view of the ocean/pool.
The rooms were really nice. They are a pretty good size room with a ceiling
fan, large bathroom, plenty of space for your clothes and a safe. The staff
fills your refrigerator daily with water, pop etc. As soon as you open your
patio door, the air will turn off. Which I liked because sometimes it can get
a little chilly in your room with the AC on so it was just easier to open the
door instead of switching off the air.
The pools and beach were great! The beach is secluded and is very clean. There
are volleyball nets, basketball courts and tennis courts. The staff also does
water aerobics and teach dance lessons. There are several theaters to go sit
and watch a show. We saw a few shows there and they were very entertaining.
There is a Disco as well- that was tons of fun. They play a lot of good dance
music and are usually open pretty late. We were lucky enough to make friends
with a security guard who would drive us back to our room in the golf cart
after the disco closed!
The food there was very good. I recommend the Steakhouse! Staff and food
was excellent!
The one and only negative thing I will say about my trip is not about the
hotel but the weather! It was mostly cloudy/overcast. Don't be fooled though-
you can still get sunburned!
I will definitely stay at any of the Barceló hotels in Rivera Maya again. I
recommend these hotels to anyone that is looking for a fantastic vacation! Be
sure to book your trip through All Inclusive World d/b/a
cancunallinclusive.com!

Hi Cancunallinclusive.com,
Thank you for recommending the Grand Coco Bay. We had a wonderful time.
Cancun All Inclusive will definitely be our choice for our next trip to
the Cancun area. I have to admit I was nervous booking online, especially
from Canada. Your assurance, great service and quick replies made me feel
confident about our booking choice. Your on site representatives, Royale
Tours, were superior. Hats off to that company. The minute we got off the
airplane till the time we were brought back for our return flight they
were there and very accessible. It sure was nice to see our names when we
got off the plane and shuttled right away to the hotel. We used them for
our day trip to Xel-Ha (great recommendation) and we did not wait in any
lines showed, they showed us the inside tips to get around and once again
back to
pick us up and literally carried two tired kids for the ride home. Thanks
again. We'll be in touch for our next trip next year.
Sincerely,
Nicolle
Please let your representative at Royale Tours know how happy we were with
their service. Also, Melina at Grand Coco Bay, I have yet to email the
hotel and thank them. It's hard to get back to reality!!

Cancun All Inclusive,
Just a note to let you know that we made it back safely from Mexico! Melissa and I
had a wonderful time there! Wish we could have stayed longer just to keep absorbing the warmth,
humidity, and gulf breeze.
We stayed at the Bahia Principe Tulum all-inclusive resort about 1 hr south of Cancun on
the "foot" of Mexico (the Yucatan Peninsula)~ it's actually all
jungle (or "yungle" as the Mexicans call it). We avoided Cancun
so we wouldn't get caught up in the spring break crowd, and if
you knew Melissa and I, you'd probably agree that we didn't
think we'd mesh with the big partiers in Cancun.
We loved the food there. As far as activities, we snorkeled at our resort (free)
and at Xel-ha, an inlet from the gulf where many fish live (not free). We visited
the Mayan ruins at Tulum, which was impressive.
We also scuba dived, if you can believe that. At the resort, we got to have a
quick free scuba lesson in the pool, then we scheduled ourselves to risk our lives doing
the real thing in the gulf (had more extensive class and training in the pool prior to the
real thing). I'll have to tell you about that experience sometime. When we think back on
it, we would probably do it again because it is such a different world on the ocean floor--
very peaceful and beautiful--something you can't experience without getting down
there and swimming alongside the fish. We also went shopping in
Playa del Carmen (about 30 min. north of the resort). The
weather was beautiful--sunny and in the 80's-90's while we were
there for 5 days--we couldn't have asked for better weather.
It's hard to put into words the experience we had, but we would love to go
back to the Bahia Principe Tulum anytime and recommend everyone experience the Mayan Riviera at some time. Thank you
for all of your help planning our trip!

We could not possibly have asked for a nicer family vacation. The Barceló
Maya Colonial was everything we hoped for and then some. The rooms were
wonderful with just a couple of slight glitches - nothing we couldn't handle. We
enjoyed the soft colors used in the decor, very restful. The staff was always
kind and courteous, working so hard to make our stay pleasant. The food was
excellent, and we certainly enjoyed having air conditioned buffet dining rooms.
The kiddies pool was delightful with the butterfly and frog slides, etc. Kids
Club was great. There was something for everyone, and, in one week, we were
unable to do everything at the resort.
We certainly hope to be able to return in a few years.
Thank you for all that you did to provide a week full of wonderful memories for
our family.

We had SUCH a fabulous experience at the Barceló Maya Beach resort!
We thought the food was just fine, and
everyone tried so hard to be accommodating! We only left the resort on two occasions,
and had a great time at Tulum and at the ATV Adventures (HIGHLY
recommended for families!). The breeze was a little
"stronger-than-normal", which made for semi-murky snorkeling, but our boys
absolutely LOVED the two large swimming pools!
All in all, it was a WONDERFUL trip! Thank you so much for making it all happen!

Hi Cancun All Inclusive,
We just wanted to write to you and let you know how much we appreciated
your help with booking our honeymoon. We had an amazing time at the Aventura
Spa Palace and are looking forward to going back next year with our family
and friends. From the second we landed in Mexico we were treated like Queen
and King. The shuttle service and driver were amazing (he even stopped at a
gas station for us to grab a couple of beers on our way to the resort). The
Resort was breath taking and the service was 5 star level. We absolutely
have nothing negative to say about our trip.
Thank you so much for your help and expertise; we look forward to booking
our future trips with you...
