confirmation of your reservation for the Golden
Parnassus Resort & Spa. Wedding dates must be
requested at least 4 months in advance. Rates &
information are subject to
change without prior notice. Blood tests are
not included in the packages listed above

Required documents for Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa Weddings
The following is a list of the necessary documentation required by
law to be married in Cancun, Mexico. This could vary depending on the nationality of the
couple
All necessary paperwork is handled directly by your Wedding
Coordinator. We require a minimum of 4 working days notice to
complete all formalities. The Bride, Group, Witnesses are
required to be at the Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa for a minimum of 4
working days prior to the wedding ceremony.
- Birth Certificate translated into Spanish with Apostille (a
document issued by the Secretary of State Office in your country),
an authorized one.
- Death Certificate of spouse (if applicable) translated into
Spanish with Apostille.
- Divorce papers (if applicable) translated into Spanish with
Apostille (extra cost)
- Tourist card (you will receive them on the plane - Groom,
Bride & 4 witnesses)
- Valid Passport or Picture ID
- Blood test with the following information: Blood Type,
Venereal Diseases such as syphilis and AIDS and a health
certificate. (extra cost)
- Completed application form that you will receive upon arrival
to the hotel
- Two witnesses each. Can be friends or family members
over 18 years old, with passports and tourist cards that must be
presented 4 days prior to the ceremony.
- These documents are required three (4) business days prior to
the wedding date, otherwise the Judge's office will cancel the
reservations. The Judge is available from Monday to Friday
only to perform ceremonies
- We advise that you bring two copies of each of the documents
listed above along with the originals at the time of the ceremony.
- Judge's fee applies
- The Ceremony will take place in a beautiful Gazebo facing the
beach and pool area.
- You need to confirm the wedding date and time as soon as
possible in order to make a reservation
