All-inclusive rates for Dreams Tulum

There could be other special rates available for your travel dates not posted on our website so please check with us.

• Prices are per person, per night, in US dollars based on room category and room occupancy. 
• Child rate only applicable when sharing a room with a minimum of 2 adults.
• Maximum room occupancy for deluxe and deluxe ocean view rooms is 3 adults or 2 adults/2 children or 3 adults/1 child
• Maximum room occupancy for junior suite garden view and junior suite ocean view is 2 adults
• Maximum room occupancy for Hacienda Suites is 2 adults or 2 adults/1 child
• Maximum room occupancy for Dreams junior suite garden view and Dreams junior suite ocean view is 3 adults or 3 adults/1 child or 2 adults/2 children
• Maximum room occupancy for Dreams junior suite ocean front and Dreams honeymoon suite is 2 adults/1 child or 2 adults
• Maximum room occupancy for Hacienda Presidential Suite and Dreams Presidential Suite is 2 adults or 2 adults/2 children.
• Juniors are considered adults and will not be allowed into an occupancy counted as a child; sorry but no exceptions.
• Airfare is not included in the rates.
• Maximum occupancy per room is either 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children
• Double, and triple, occupancy is based on the number of adults (over 12) that will be staying in the same room.  e.g. 2 adults, 2 children is double occupancy + 2 child rates.  If there is one adult and one child then it is just double occupancy.
• Cancellation policy is: You may cancel up to the number of days indicated in the rate list above.  You may cancel up to the number of days indicated in the rate list above for a full refund, less a $100.00 administration fee.  If you cancel within the number of days, you will be charged a 2 night cancellation fee plus a $100.00 service charge.  If you cancel within the number of days during Christmas & New Years periods, the full amount will be charged.
