Rates are per person, per night based on room occupancy,
and are in US dollars.
Child rate only applicable when sharing a room with a minimum of 1 adult.
Single, double, and triple occupancy is based on the number of adults (over 12) that will be staying
in the same room. e.g. 2 adults, 2 children is double occupancy + 2 child
rates. If there is one adult and one child then it is just double
occupancy.
Gran One Bedroom Master Suites will accommodate 2 adults and 3 children.
Split season: If your vacation dates fall between seasons, then the
rate is divided between the number of nights in the first season
multiplied by that
season rate, plus the number of nights in the second season multiplied
by the second season rate.
Cancellation policy is: You may cancel up to the
number of days indicated in the rate list above for a full refund, less a
$100.00 administration fee. If you cancel within the number of days, you will be
charged a 2 night penalty . The exception is the
dates during Christmas and Easter, which you may cancel up to 30 days prior to your
vacation date for a full refund, and if you cancel within the 30 days, you
will be charged the full length of your vacation.
