Kid's free policy is only valid as long as the dates don't cross over; meaning
that you much check in no earlier than June 1st and check out no later than
August 31st to qualify for the promotion.
- Prices are per
person, per night, and are in US dollars based on room occupancy.
- Child rate only applicable when sharing a room
with at least 2 adults.
- Maximum occupancy is either 4 adults, or 3 adults/1 child or 2 adults/2
children - no exceptions
- With a minimum 3 night stay unlimited select tours included
- Airfare is not included in the rates.
- Single, double, triple, and quadruple
occupancy is based on the number of adults (over 17) that will be staying
in the same room. e.g. 2 adults, 2 children is double occupancy + 2 child
rates. If there is one adult and one child then it is just double
occupancy.
- Split season: If your vacation dates fall between seasons, then the
rate is divided between the number of nights in the first season
multiplied by that
season rate, plus the number of nights in the second season multiplied
by the second season rate.
- Cancellation policy is: You may cancel up to the number of days indicated in
the rate list above, less a $100.00 administration fee. If you cancel
within the number of days, you will be charged a 2 night cancellation fee, plus a
$100.00 administration fee.
- GOLF PACKAGE 2009 - Can not be sold
separately which means that adult occupants in the same room must all purchase
the Golf package. The GOLF PACKAGE includes all that is included in the
all-inclusive package plus one round of golf per room
per day (not per person per day) plus transportation to and from the courses (Playacar
Spa and Golf Club and Moon Spa and Golf Club), beverages, snacks, and shared
cart. Tee times can be reserved ninety days prior to your arrival and
can be pre-arranged at
teetimes@palaceresorts.com. Children aged 13 - 17 must be booked as
adults to receive the golf package. No rain checks will be provided for
any unused rounds of golf due to bad weather or for any other reason.
Golf package in 2009 includes one round of golf per room, per day, NOT per
person per day.
- 2010 Unlimited Golf package includes
all that is included in the all inclusive package plus unlimited rounds of
golf per adult, per stay, transportation to and from the courses (Playacar Spa
& Golf, Riviera Cancun Golf & Resorts, Moon Spa & Golf Club) beverages, snacks
and shared cart. Tee times can be reserved 90 days prior to your arrival
and can be pre-arranged at
teetimes@palaceresorts.com Children age 13 - 17 must be booked as
adult to receive the golf package.
- 2010 Golf/Spa Package includes all
that is included in the all inclusive package plus one round of golf OR one
select spa treatment per adult/per night. Transportation to and from the
following golf courses: Playacar Spa & Golf, Riviera Cancun Golf & Resorts and
Moon Spa & Golf Club. Rounds of golf include beverages, snacks & shared
cart. Tee times and spa treatments can be reserved 90 days prior to your

- Aroma Reflexology (50 minutes)
- Sport massage (50 minutes)
- Zen Shiatsu (50 minutes)

- Face, head & shoulder accupressure (25 minutes) plus refresher facial (25
minutes)
- Body scrub (25 minutes) plus manicure OR pedicure (25 minutes)
